Southwest Modern Data Systems, Inc. has been in business since 1981. SMDS was first formed to do consulting work in New York City and other major cities throughout the United States. Later work was performed for the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and GHK Exploration Companies. Work with the Oklahoma State Regents for several years allowed us to be one of the first companies to be awarded a OneNet Statewide Contract. We have since been awarded a Oklahoma Department of Central Services Statwide Contract for Nortel Networks. We will be implementing a system to provide state pricing at a future date.
